Below is our full shipping policy, including delivery timelines, tracking details, and what to do if a package is delayed or marked as delivered but missing.
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
During high-volume periods (holidays, new releases, limited drops), processing may extend to 5–10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order enters processing and another once the tracking number becomes active.
Delivery takes 5–10 business days after processing.
Delivery takes 7–12 business days after processing.
These timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to USPS volume, customs clearance, seasonal demand, or weather conditions.
Once the parcel enters the United States, the final delivery is handled by USPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Important notes:
Tracking can take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.
Until USPS performs the first acceptance scan, tracking may show “Label Created” or “Awaiting Item”.
International handoff steps may temporarily delay updates.
You may track your parcel through our tracking page or directly on USPS once it enters the domestic network.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:
Check your mailbox, front door, porch, garage, or any safe-drop locations
Ask neighbors, household members, or building staff
Check parcel lockers or community mailrooms
Wait 48 hours (USPS occasionally marks packages as delivered prematurely)
Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number
Most missing packages are located within 1–3 days.

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, you are eligible for:
Free reshipment in case of loss, damage, or theft
Priority handling
Faster claim processing
Protection claims must be made within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered or lost.
If protection was not purchased, we will still assist you, but compensation is not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
An incorrect or incomplete address
Refusal of delivery
The recipient being unavailable
We can reship the order once the customer pays the reshipping fee.
Refunds are not available for address errors not caused by us.
International customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes applied by their country.
These fees are not included in our prices and are determined by local authorities.
Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing.
Once a shipping label is created or the order is handed to the carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours and include:
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
Your order number
We will arrange a replacement when applicable.
A package is considered officially lost when:
The carrier declares it lost, or
No tracking update has occurred for 15 or more business days
If your order is confirmed lost:
With Shipping Protection: a replacement is sent immediately
Without Shipping Protection: we evaluate on a case-by-case basis based on carrier documentation
